1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Sarva Labs, Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA ("Sarva Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the MOI Wallet mobile application ("the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.

2. About MOI Wallet

MOI Wallet is a non-custodial (self-custodial) mobile cryptocurrency wallet for the MOI blockchain ecosystem, available on iOS and Android.

"Non-custodial" means:

• Your seed phrase and private keys are generated and stored exclusively on your device, encrypted with your chosen password using AES-256-GCM encryption.
• We do not have access to your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or funds at any time. We cannot view them, freeze them, or recover them on your behalf — ever.
• We do not store or transmit your digital assets. All balances and transaction history exist on the public MOI blockchain.
• We do not act as a custodian, exchange, broker, dealer, or financial intermediary of any kind.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All decisions regarding digital assets are yours alone.

3. Eligibility

To use MOI Wallet, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be located in, or a national or resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic or trade sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and sanctioned regions of Ukraine).
• Not be listed on OFAC's SDN List, the UN Security Council Consolidated Sanctions List, or any equivalent sanctions list.
• Use the App in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

4. Description of Services

4.1 Account and Key Management

Create and manage multiple MOI blockchain accounts and sub-accounts, each derived from your seed phrase. You may switch between accounts, register them on the MOI network, and configure multi-signature key arrangements.

4.2 Sending and Receiving Assets

You may initiate asset transfers on the MOI blockchain. Once a transaction is broadcast, it is final and irreversible. It cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled by Sarva Labs or any other party. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming any transfer.

4.3 dApp Connectivity via WalletConnect

The App integrates WalletConnect v2. When connected to a dApp, it may request that you sign blockchain interactions or messages. You must review every request carefully before approving it. Sarva Labs bears no responsibility for any interaction between you and any dApp.

4.4 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App or the MOI blockchain network will be available at all times or be free from errors. Network conditions, RPC node availability, and blockchain protocol changes are outside our control.

5. Wallet Security and Your Responsibilities

Because MOI Wallet is non-custodial, you bear full and sole responsibility for the security of your wallet.

• Write down your seed phrase and store it securely offline. Anyone who obtains your seed phrase gains full, immediate, and irreversible control over all associated funds.
• Use a strong, unique password. Do not share it with anyone.
• Use a device passcode. Enable biometric authentication where available. Do not use the App on jailbroken or rooted devices.
• Always review the full details of any transaction before confirming — including recipient addresses, amounts, and network fees.
• Back up your seed phrase immediately after creating your wallet. If you lose your seed phrase and your device is lost or reset, you will permanently and irrecoverably lose access to all assets in your wallet.
• Report security vulnerabilities confidentially to security@moi.technology. Do not disclose them publicly.

6. Risk Disclosure

6.1 Price Volatility

Digital assets can be highly volatile. Their value may increase or decrease significantly, including to zero. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6.2 Transaction Irreversibility

All transactions submitted to the MOI blockchain are final and irreversible once confirmed. Assets sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by Sarva Labs or any other party.

6.3 Loss of Seed Phrase or Device

If you lose your seed phrase and have no backup, you will permanently lose access to all associated assets. There is no account recovery mechanism.

6.4 Smart Contract and Protocol Risk

Interactions with logic (smart contracts) on the MOI network carry inherent risks including software bugs, vulnerabilities, and unexpected behaviour. Sarva Labs does not audit or warrant the safety of any smart contract or dApp you interact with.

6.5 Regulatory Risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use complies with applicable laws.

6.6 No Insurance

Digital assets held in MOI Wallet are not insured by any government body, deposit protection scheme, or Sarva Labs. There is no equivalent of FDIC, SIPC, or any other investor protection programme.

7. Fees and Taxes

7.1 Network Fees

Transactions on the MOI blockchain require fuel (network fees) paid to validators. These fees are determined by the network protocol and are not controlled by Sarva Labs. The App displays estimated fuel costs before you confirm a transaction.

7.2 App Fees

MOI Wallet currently charges no fees for its core wallet functionality. We reserve the right to introduce optional fees for specific features in the future with reasonable advance notice.

7.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes applicable to your digital asset transactions. Sarva Labs does not provide tax advice.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with WalletConnect / Reown, MOI Network RPC Providers, and decentralised applications you choose to connect to. Each service is operated independently and subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Sarva Labs does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use MOI Wallet to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Fund, facilitate, or engage in any illegal activity including money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Impersonate Sarva Labs, MOI Wallet, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or deceptive activity in blockchain markets.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code (except open-source components), design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Sarva Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarva Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarva Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
